What if the Webway from Warhammer 40k existed in Mass Effect?

ROB decides to do an experiment and creates a perfect copy of the Webway from Warhammer 40k Universe in the Mass Effect Universe. ROB erases all Mass Relays and replace them with Webway portals. This change occurs a decade before the Asari discover the Citadel. How does this changes things? What effects would the Webway have on the Milky Way Galaxy of Mass Effect?

The webway was IIRC internally navigable, and self-repairing, and much larger than the ME relays, I haven't played any ME, so I am not aware of the specifics, but I think that interstellar expansion will become even easier and faster for all Me species.

Also, there was some relation between the ME Big Bad and the Relays, so that might make the ME races safer, doubly so since Necorns, who are a technological specias seem to be unable to utilize it because it is warp-based tech.
However, this means that some form of Chaos God might arise, which is bad.

Then ME world is saved, becouse there would be no invasion .Enemies from ME used and control them, not Webways.
Althought,as @Agent23 said,we could have Chaos Gods instead.
If i must choose,i would prefer to be killed by bad machines from ME rather then by Chaos.

That's the best part though. You need never access the Warp with the Webway. It's one of the reasons the Chaos Gods threw a lot of effort into frustrating the God Emperor's attempt at making one.
The webway implies the existence of the Warp in the MEverse now, also the thing had some self-repairing capabilities, but it was possible for demons to enter it through holes according to one of the Dark Eldar books IIRC.

And while you need a lot of eldar race goofing around to get full blown chaos gods it is still a distinct possibility that one will arise.
That and a whole host of other nasties like Enslavers and those warp bugs that infested Prospero.
