WI: Trojan man appears in our world

Let's say that starting today, no matter where they are, if two or more people attempt to engage in sexual activities without protection, a Trojan warrior on a horse will appear from a fold in space and approach said couple. In the process, he will offer them a box of condoms before departing. If said couple is using another brand, he will still appear and try to convince them to use Trojans instead. If anyone tries to attack him, they will be stopped by an invisible force field.

How would the world react to the Trojan Man now existing our world?

That sounds reasonable. Will he chuck boxes of condoms at them until they acquiesce? I'd imagine that being pelted with objects, even if they don't harm someone will eventually subdue them if they can't retaliate.
