As to its capitulation, well, at some point their ammo, food and water will run out.

The reason you don't do what Russia is doing in war is because you want the enemy to treat surrender as an actual option. Because the other option is fighting to the end. And fighting to the end massively increases the number of troops you actually need to capture a territory.

Difference is,that during WW2 they were fighting on american trucks using american ammo delivered by american trains,and eating american food.
Now,all goodies from USA are going to Ukraine.
And that is difference - Moscov propaganda,unless that made by cyvilized nations,have little to do with reality.

He was at the start of the war and only resigned April 5th. No one has heard anything from him and there is an outstanding sexual assault case against him yet he was able to leave the country and head to Ukraine? Really shady stuff there.
I mean you do know how easy it is to still he able to take leave and stuff with investigations going on?
And why would any western personnel be in Mariupol where they know they would the first in the invasion if the west thought it was going to be overrun within days

Because they were directing operations and the Ukrainains/NATO fucked up hard.
....again why would they be in the WORST possible spot to be in. Kiev would make sense. NOT MARIUPOL.
