To be fair to us the entirity of the west is currently led by retards not just us. Its a civilizational problem that comes with late modernity and solving it is not going to be fun, but I belive it will be solved because not solving it is so much worse.

Irish cops can RAID homes and confiscate devices for 'hate speech'

A result of the new hate speech law that was just passed in response to the riots.
Said ‘hate speech’ probably was ‘I’m against the Irish people getting replaced in their own nation’.

Oh and the Irish government and the PM are asking people to stop noticing things and not to link the rise in crime with the rise in mass migration. Which is absolutely and statistically is.

Hey, ‘muh thin blue line’ people. This is what will happen to you too!

Edit: some information errors needed to be fixed.

That's why I'm not sympathetic to cops and boomers when they complain about the ACAB people.

Is there any hope for Ireland though? Do they have a rightwing party that can use it to drive the snakes out? I actually like the Irish they suffered so much under the Anglos, and they fought them right back.

Doesn’t seem to be an Irish party willing to actually stand up for the Irish natives at the moment, no. Even Sinn Fein got infiltrated and taken over years ago by the globalists.

That's not to say that there’s no chance of one rising.

But given how broad the ‘anti hate speech law’ is, I have my doubts that they’ll be allowed a platform.

Of course, there are…other…options. Ones the Irish embraced not too long ago.

It’s a shame that we don’t have any Irish users on this site we could ask about this stuff directly. Or at least none I know about.

Also, just a reminder. The problem with ‘hate speech laws’ is fundamentally one of ‘who defines what is hate speech’?

The answer of course is the government and lawyers.

Both make money off it. And for the government it’s a useful way of shutting down any discussion or ideas that they don’t want to have to deal with. Especially ones that might mean they loose their jobs and the benefits they get from them.

They want cheap labor, they want a voting block that depends on them.

The Hate speech laws are there to get people to stop finding stuff out and thinking like Conor McGregor. Because that's not in the Government's best interests. Which is the purpose of speech laws.

Never mind that the law in question is basically a copy-paste of Scotland's. Which is nice and vague with gray areas when it comes to defining what constitutes 'hate speech' or 'hateful imagery'. Allowing the prosecution lots for room for what they need in the moment. So they can use the law selectively for when they want someone behind bars or not.

Authorities Demand Access To Private Social Media Conversations To Spy On Anti-Mass Migration Sentiment

Authorities in Ireland are set to be given access to private social media conversations in order to spy on anti-mass migration sentiment following the riots in Dublin.

After an Algerian migrant stabbed three children outside a primary school, fiery but mostly peaceful protests broke out in the Irish capital.

Authorities reacted by being more outraged at the protesters than the actual would-be child murderer, who should have been deported 20 years ago and was previously released after being arrested for carrying a knife.

Now Irish people who share spicy memes in WhatsApp chat groups are going to be under government surveillance should this new 'hate speech' legislation pass.

"Gardai will be able to access and intercept private conversations on social media sites under new legislation, as the Justice Minister promised to crack down on crime following the riots in Dublin," reports the Irish Times.

I told you how Irish Justice Minister Helen McEntee implemented mass surveillance of the Irish population last year.

Well now she's trying to pass legislation to allow government and Gardaí access to private conversations on X and Facebook etc.

The new legislation will also empower authorities to demand "cell site location data" from cellphone companies to help them locate dissidents.

According to the critics, the new law would create "de facto mass surveillance of the entire population."

The new law would also fulfil Elon Musk's warning that Irish citizens could be arrested and imprisoned for having a meme on their phone.

As we previously highlighted, Conor McGregor's X posts are already under official investigation after he expressed anger at the stabbings, despite him condemning violence in the aftermath.

Meanwhile, in an extraordinary clip, barrister Joe Brolly described the Algerian migrant who stabbed three children as a "gentleman" and noted how "three women took it upon themselves to protect him and probably saved his life" from the anger of the mob.

Federal court rules Miranda rights don't apply to civil immigration arrests

Miranda rights are the product of the 1966 Supreme Court decision in Miranda v. Arizona, in which the court ruled law enforcement could not use statements by defendants against themselves while in custody unless they were first informed of their rights to a lawyer and against self-incrimination.

A panel of the Ninth Circuit Court ruled Miranda rights don't apply to warrant-backed civil immigration arrests, holding up an order to deport a Mexican citizen who had argued he was coerced into admitting his illegal status under an administrative warrant. Miranda rights are the formal warning given by law enforcement to individuals in custody of their right to silence and an attorney.

In a unanimous, three-judge decision, the Ninth Circuit panel affirmed earlier rulings by an immigration judge and the U.S. Board of Immigration Appeals by rejecting Jose Maria Zuniga De La Cruz's appeal to the court.

"The panel observed that this court has long held that the substantial distinctions between a civil deportation proceeding and a criminal trial make Miranda warnings inappropriate in the deportation context. Zuniga asked this court to forge an exception, arguing that because he was arrested pursuant to an administrative warrant, his un-Mirandized statements should have been excluded," wrote the court in its judgment. "The panel rejected that contention, explaining that Zuniga's focus on the warrant was misplaced because it is the nature of the proceeding (criminal vs. civil), and not the nature of the arrest (warrantless vs. with a warrant) that is relevant."

Zuniga was arrested under an administrative warrant issued not by a judge, as a criminal arrest warrant must be, but by an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement official who believed there was sufficient evidence he was in the country illegally. Zuniga has been in the United States since 2004 and was arrested in 2018 by ICE as part of civil immigration proceedings.

While all three judges signed on to the decision, Circuit Judge Salvador Mendoza—a Biden appointee—argued that "although Miranda applies only to criminal proceedings, he saw no reason not to inform noncitizens of their rights, observing that this court in a previous case had affirmed an injunction requiring immigration agents to inform noncitizens of their right to apply for political asylum and their right to counsel."

Meanwhile, the author of the lead opinion, Circuit Judge Daniel Bress — a Trump appointee — argued there is no legal basis to create this new right, writing Miranda is "not authority for creating new versions of itself in the immigration context."

This is terrible but personally I had my eyes open to the reality of what the cops truly are by Uvalde. No one who stands by and willing allows children to be executed deserves anything but utter contempt.....Anyway I find it interesting that just as Dublin is passing laws of this nature. The Irish everyman has started to push back against the frankly invasion of thier ancestral lands in a big way. I sincerly hope that the average Irishman storms their equivalent of the Capitol, and throws the commu scum out of power forever.

To be honest, if a new IRA-style group started up that was specifically targeting the Irish government, I honestly wouldn't blame them.

Hell, knowing the Irish and what's just happened, I wouldn't be too shocked if a lot of the "Old Crowd" are actually reorganizing but at a different target, which is why the Irish government is panicking so much.

Globalist and Leftist parasites squirm in their hosts when they know there's the possibility of real-life consequences.

Yeah and the British would sit pretty right? If the Irish rebelled I wouldn't be surprised if the UK did not launch a "peacekeeping mission" to "help prop up and stabilize the Irish Republic and democracy and tolerance in Ireland."

The british are honestly on shaky ground right now and such a thing would just set the Irish off. There is quite simply put way way too much bad blood between the two for that to go well. You think the original troubles gave them issues this would be that on steriods.

The brits perminatly burned that bridge a long ass time ago.

Someone get the phone, because I called it. The protests basically just ended up empowering the Left in Ireland. It's Jan 6 all over again.

And I can tell you right now, no lessons are going to be learnt from this.

UNHINGED CLOWN says "capitalism" leads to "fascism" as she smears Dublin MASS STABBING protestors

A smart government:

Maybe we should hold back with imprisoning and insulting our own citizens for having valid concerns.

The Irish Government:
Put that peddle to metal boyo, we’re accelerating this right off a cliff!

Oh please. The British wouldn’t need to even get their hands dirty. All they’d have to do is claim that the protestors are being controlled by Russia and every neo-con in the West would start airdropping themselves into Ireland to fight for the government.
