Yeah it is a lot of those that work at DW that sre doing this. Multiple contributors have argued with the gamers.

Shadiversity's KNIGHTS WATCH covers Walsh's video on the Sweet Baby Inc. controversy (which basically is a roundabout assault on gaming and its hobbyists by Walsh) as well as Daily Wire's braindead responses to the criticism to Walsh's BS.



And for you people looking to defend Walsh, sorry, no. I've seen the video and I agree with Shad, the actual coverage of the Sweet Baby Inc. is good, but then Walsh shits the bed by using the Sweet Baby Inc. coverage to push his "all vidya gaems bad, remove vidya" message. FFS, his starting sentence is "The video game industry has perhaps done more than any other industry to indoctrinate children to wokeness than any other industry,"

Excuse me Walsh? Not Pedowood, whose had how many decades now influencing the world? Not the major book publishers, whose been here for how many centuries now (and don't fucking BS me about the major publishers being less woke than some of the video game companies, I'm a fucking librarian, I know WTF kind of woke BS these assholes have been pushing out and I've had to push back against at my job). Matt Walsh is one of many conservatives that needs to accept that Dubya killed the old coalition and now its a populist party coalition of people more or less unified in the name of survival and a mutual enemy. Things are going to get weird and we all need to roll with the punches.

It's ironic. Many of their talking points come from the satanic panic of the 80s and 90s As was the rock and roll panic of the 50s and metal panic of the 70s were fuled by THE MEDIA (Which was very much anti-conservative even at that time.

Dubya was fundamentally an end to an era.

The republican coalition created during the last political shake up during the great depression was firmly killed by him died because of him. Things could not be the same after that. I argued what the party needed was to take some time to find its soul to reflect and find a way to deal with the changes and come back with a more firm foundation.

That didn't happen instead Trump went to the ruins and remaid the party the old republican party is dead, the new one has been born.


Like wise Biden is the democrats Dubya or a figure that fullfills the same role. Killing the old democratic party which will most likely be reborn as a firmly establishment party.

The political realinment is here things are being divied up and we are seeing how things will look like for likely the rest of our lives.

I haven't seen Shadiversity's video yet but I just saw Matt Walshs video on YouTube, it's only twenty minutes of the apparently seventy minute long episode and I only bothered seeing it because criticism of Matt Walsh was trending far and wide.



Having seen the twenty minute video... I have to say that I watched it and have no real issue with it at all and I don't think he attacked anyone. Only in the last twenty seconds of this YouTube cut does he really say something potentially controversial which is a flat comment of your kids should spent less time playing video games. But overall the video was just perfectly fine IMHO.

I'm assuming that these responses must be to the fifty extra minutes you can see on Daily Wire (and maybe Rumble) which is interesting. I dunno if I can devote two plus hours (one to the full video and one to Shads response) to get the full experience (especially since I'm not the biggest Knights Watch fan anyhow... Or Matt Walsh fan lol).

I'm assuming the main argument of Matt Walsh is in regards to "screen time" which is what he's brought up before during previous nontroversies. Games, television, social media etc. Many kids spend too much time in it which I think can be true, and thus your kids should as well which is the inference one can make.

I'll see if I can find a shorter reaction. It's a discussion worth having if that's one of his points.

Nice attempt at changing the subject, but we have explicit hot takes from Walsh and his ilk saying that gaming is bad for you that spending hours killing virtual people on virtual reality "damages you" and denigrating gamers for having a hobby and not doing what tradcucks think they should do - family, carierism, some form of activism, etc.

I do not want the Cuckservatives as a friend or an enemy, and I sure as hell do not care about their opinions of my hobbies, or about them trying to influence the industry in any way like the leftoids want to.I am a right-winger, I have my own views on the good life, proper social structure, economics and politics.
In some cases it aligns with what tradcucks or the MAGA movement or libertarians support, in other cases it makes all of them look like pinko commies, and in others I would be considered on the left of them.

I do not need any of them to tell me how to live my life or what hobbies I should have, or what fully legal, fictional content can be produced by and sold to adults.

Of children play too many hours of video games, or use video games as an outlet, then maybe those issues are ones that their parents should address, although given how well the west has been parenting kids by alternately smothering them with security blankets and leaving them to do whatever they sent on the internet I am starting to think that maybe they should all be banned from the internet and their time on phones and in games should be limited, and yes I know China does it.
