It's funny he hasn't complained that Modi is a conservative.
Apparently Baerbock complained/stated that Brazilians care more about the price of beans than the war in the Ukraine.Oh, I agree that would be a bigger priority for the USA. It doesn't make a difference. Lula needs the money NOW, and he will side with the ones who deliver. The next president to come will do the same, and so will the one after that. It's a matter of political survival. Unless the agro-exporting sector earns so much money that it's able to quench the thirst of the Brazilian political class, this is what will happen.
I'm sorry, I don't know what you're talking about.
Any chance Brazil gets nuclear weapons someday just in case ?It's funny he hasn't complained that Modi is a conservative.
I wouldn't approve us getting them. Expansion of energy production would be great but beyond that it would put a target on us that I don't want to see.Any chance Brazil gets nuclear weapons someday just in case ?
How many nuclear reactors does Brazil need just in case ?We have no reason, need or desire for nukes. We also do not have the discipline to yield such a thing.
Nuclear power is fine, we could use a few more nuclear reactors. But no weapons grade anything.
How many nuclear reactors does Brazil need just in case ?
You think Lula dies in office before the end of his 3rd term on January 1st, 2027 ?Personally I think we need desalination plants more than we need nuclear reactors because we need our population to not be thirsty or angry. This because we also experience droughts from time to time from some areas but not as much as Africa.
Brazil can, in my opinion, be one of the few countries that might use successfuly renewable energies but they shouldn't be our only energy resource, because green energy can be optimal but you need a backup if the winds stops or you have a rainy day instead of sunny one.
Of course Lula won't do this shit or if he does I wonder to which degree.
Or might not even live to apply them. He is not the energetic cunt he was and he is already over 70.
That rat bastard thankfully is not the picture of good health! You think Lula dies in office before the end of his 3rd term on January 1st, 2027 ?
Sounds like you're implying Lula has a secret terminal illness. That rat bastard thankfully is not the picture of good health!
Cancer could not survive Lula.He had cancer and it was cured but the chemo fucked him.
Basically Lula might NOT finish out his 3rd term & could kick it any moment.Cancer could not survive Lula.
And another show of the sturdy Brazilian Democracy today. Supreme Court and Alexandre de Moraes demands a youtuber have all his accounts (Meta, Discord, Telegram and Twitter) deleted because he DARED question our Democratic Process.

On Thursday morning (June 15), the day after Bruno Monteiro Aiub's profiles were banned from five social networks, the platform Rumble - true to its principles that value freedom of expression - keeps the videos and podcasts published by the digital influencer available for viewing.
In a video published 10 hours ago on the platform, called "Monark sends a message to Alexandre de Moraes", he says he doesn't know "what their strategy is, because I'm going to create other social networks and I'm going to continue my work (...) that's why I defend freedom of expression so much, because it's our last chance, if they shut up the internet is over".
Also during the video, a podcast with Lucas Pavanato, Monark says that his fear is that they will come to the conclusion that censorship is not working and that they will have him arrested. "I don't think it's impossible, I even think it's very likely that it will happen, right? Rumble was called by Gazeta do Povo to comment on the case, whether or not it would follow the determination of Minister Moraes, but until the publication of this report it did not answer the questions.
Unlike what happened in the Canadian video sharing network, Monark's official Twitter and Instagram profiles are already suspended, although the profiles of his podcast, @MonarkTalks, remain active. The staff of both networks were contacted to comment on the suspensions, but had not replied by the time this article was published.
More left-wing personalities, such as Glenn Greenwald, also use the Rumble platform.
Understanding the case
As reported by Gazeta do Povo, on Wednesday (14), the minister of the Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes determined that the social networks Discord, Instagram, Rumble and Twitter had two hours to take down the access of their users to the profiles of Monark, who was accused by the minister of spreading "fraudulent news" about the elections.
According to the determination, the companies must still send the influencer's registration data to the Supreme Court and preserve the content of posts, as first reported by AgĂŞncia Brasil. In case of failure to comply with the order, the platforms may pay a daily fine of R$ 100,000.
