From what I've heard: Yoon is struggling in Seoul & the Seoul suburbs. Unless things change, Lee Jae-myung is lilely the 20th President of Korea UGH.

Yoon will likely escalate joint military drills between US & Korea including pushing for more missile defense systems such as THAAD.

On the domestic front: his biggest obstacle will be the Liberal-controlled National Assembly who will make life Hell for him.
