Exactly so. I may use my philosophical and religious lingo to refer to modern social events, but it's quite possible, using the extensive research into them, to follow up and understand "Manufactured Consent" (Public Opinion, Lippmann,1922), "Engineered Consent" (Bernays, 1947) and the concept of anomie (Emile Durkheim). Then it might behoove you to explain it more in the terminology used in the literature than your religious terminology since it is going to be more understandable to more people. However, I can understand that would come at a cost to you, so perhaps, if you aren't already doing this, would not using the terminology and concepts in the literature to explain the more esoteric concepts you are using work better?
It just seems to me that people are not understanding your meaning due to using esoteric terms. I can dimly apprehend them, due to being familiar with some similar concepts, education and intellectual brute force.
