Do you think that countries such as Ukraine, Georgia, and Moldova should be given a roadmap to European Union membership, even if actual EU membership for these countries is likely to be quite a while away? Just so that they are actually able to set some concrete goals in regards to this and to know what exactly is expected of them. It seems like if one wants a more nationalistic and traditional European Union, then this is the best away to achieve it. It would essentially create a 130-million-strong conservative and traditional Intermarium bloc within the EU, after all:

It depends what your goals are really. I want the EU to die so that the US has more influence, so I'd say probably not, for example.

The EU is already in turmoil, and I doubt it'll last another ten years as anything but a shadow of itself. I wouldn't be surprised if it goes in five or less.

It's not in the interest of any nation to make themselves serfs to EU bureaucrats only to be left holding part of the bag when it collapses.

Getting Romania and Bulgaria was bad enough economy wise, getting in the economic clusterfucks that are Moldova and Ukraine would be even worse. And Georgia is on the wrong side of Black Sea, if EU membership is offered, then why not also countries on the wrong side of Mediterran, like Israel and Lebanon?

Both are MENA countries, regardless on how much European and progressive-liberal-conservative-social democrat Israel pretends to be.

Because Israel and Lebanon have a lot of Muslims? And Lebanon also has Hezbollah? Though Israel in the EU isn't necessarily a bad idea.

Also, an EU roadmap for Moldova, Ukraine, and Georgia doesn't necessarily mean immediate EU membership for them. Rather, it can come 20-30 years later if necessary, once they will become wealthier.

Germany especially. I think Italy, of all EU, countries, has the biggest standing army, with reservists and whatnot. Which eats tons of her budget.
