Alright, having watched this finally I can safely state that's a load of bullshit. This isn't the John Clancy-verse, Trump isn't Jack Ryan, the US isn't omnipotent. And Scytl has neither offices nor servers in Frankfurt. Frankfurt is one of the largest German cities, and it's the No. 2 financial hub of Europe. It's a super-busy and extremely well-observed place stuffed with CCTV, both official and private. One, anything happening there would have been done by the German authorities, not US agencies. Ie. German state or federal police doing an investigation. You'd also have the mother of all diplomatic incidents if you had US armed forces acting as illegal law enforcement deputies inside the boundaries of a friendly nation, in a metropolis where all you'd need to blow their cover was one dude with a cellphone. And given Germany has called it for Biden, I'd say it's a close to zero chance that if Scytl had offices in Frankfurt (they haven't) that the federal government agreed to sanction or take part in any kind of action there. I can guarantee you the press would be all over this, given how anti-Trump and anti-American in general public sentiment here is.

So, how was this election fraud carried out? Well, changing a 7 into a 9. Literally.
"But also on Friday, Jim Wells County, which was governed as a personal fiefdom by a powerful South Texas rancher named George Parr, filed “amended” returns for what has become famous as “Box 13” that gave Johnson another 200 votes. When all was said and done, Johnson had “won” the election by 87 votes.
It was later discovered that one of Parr’s men had changed the total tally for Johnson from 765 to 965 by simply curling the 7 into a 9.
Where did the extra 200 votes come from? The last 202 names on on the election roll in Box 13 were in a different color ink from the rest of the names, the names were in alphabetical order, and they were all in the same handwriting. When Caro was researching his book, he secured a statement from Luis Salas, an election judge in Jim Wells County, who acknowledged the fraud and confessing his role in it."
Wow, seems pretty blatant, right? How ever would a democrat get away with such blatant tomfoolery? Why, by asking democrats if democrats did anything wrong!
"As the Washington Post reported, to investigate what obviously appeared quite suspicious Stevenson employed the assistance of Frank Hamer, the Texas Ranger who had trapped and killed Bonnie and Clyde. It was to no avail. Johnson got a friendly state judge to issue an injunction preserving the status quo, after which the Democratic executive committee, by one vote, declared Johnson to be the winner.
Stevenson took the matter to federal court but the Supreme Court punted, declaring that it had no right to interfere with a state election."
Now, given this, I think we can clearly determine two clear facts:
1) Election fraud is really hard to do.
2) Democrats are and have always been men of integrity and honor.

Look at the actual vote margins, you can see that Biden did 1-2 points better in the red midwest because of gains in traditionally Republican suburbs as well as lower margins in a lot of rural areas. He lost votes in Blue-Collar areas but gained them in suburbs. He did about 3.1 points better in Indiana than Clinton did in 2016 and 1.2 points better in Iowa. Even in Ruby Red states like Kentucky and West Virginia, Biden did about 3 points better than Clinton, applying a similar swing to PA,WI and MI you get a narrow Biden victory similar to the actual results.

That does sound pretty crazy, but we live in crazy times. These are times when men go mad and attack other men because in their addled minds, they believe they are the crazy ones and thus they might become a threat. And yes, I did swipe that one and tacked on some stuff to put my own spin on it.

If that is the case, it would be another for the pile. Because if they had nothing to hide, why would they be trying to hide potential incriminating thing from sight? If such things are entirely nothingburgers and amounts to only a hill of beans, why are they going to such lengths to counter and dilute it.

If either you or the person tweeting it had bothered to read the letter, you'd have found out it was simply a letter by a republican ranking member of a committee with congressional letterhead. It's not an official statement by congress and has no legal weight. Sadly it seems basic literacy is too much to expect from your people.
