AntiSemitism Bill in the United States

TLDR : Alleged bill to criminalize campus antisemitism curtails first amendment and it was approved by both parties. The list of things of things that are considered antisemitic is so big it includes the Bible.
Not any more than the already existing federal anti-discrimination law.
That's a very pro-protest source, yet they say:
If the bill were to become law, it would codify a definition of anti-Semitism created by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

That is a federal anti-discrimination law that bars discrimination based on shared ancestry, ethnic characteristics or national origin. Adding IHRA’s definition to the law would allow the federal Department of Education to restrict funding and other resources to campuses perceived as tolerating anti-Semitism.
While i'm no fan of such anti-discrimination laws existing in general, i don't see a reason for it to not be used against the supporters of this particular cause, who beyond all certainty would love it to be used against the right on such excuses as islamophobia and racism. Let them enjoy the fruits of their labor...
That's besides the fact that federal educational funding is not exactly the same thing as free speech...

They've already got the power. Might as well make sure it's used on the right targets.

I mean, not really, this does grant them some new authorities they didn't hold before, and I don't like the First Amendment implications, but I don't like the concept of "hate speech" anyway.

I support this. This will enable the government to crush the reds in all sectors of society.

Looks like the backlash will soon begin.

This is just like Xi Jinping's San Francisco visit last year, when the city authorities temporarily cleaned up all the excrement and homeless fentanyl zombies and this was infuriating because it demonstrated they could've been doing so all along for our sake, but chose not to because they didn't consider us important enough to justify doing so.
