Where were the police when he was getting shot up though? Weird that only the two VIPs were the only casualties in an attack on the President's Residence.

Yeah reading into it looks like they were under the guise of American DEA Agents but actually just a heavily armed Mercenary Death Squad including at least several foreigners such as two Haitian-Americans
