How do you picture other members when you think of them in realife?

It's a silly question I know, but how do you think of other members that you have never seen in RL when you think of them? Do you picture them as average Joe's? Or as their Avatar personified? Me thinking of Spartan as looking and sounding like Steve Rodgers makes for an interesting line of thought when he's telling a story about his experiences or mentions he's doing an activity, same for everyone else I have never seen in the flesh. (...Yeah, I know, it's weird...)

Agreed, I can't help but associate voices with avatars. Which, makes sense, given that an "avatar" is a physical representation, embodiment, or stand-in of a spiritual being.
