There's a box you can click on that allows you to post below the warning.

It's right above the post reply button beside the statement "I am aware that replying to this thread may be considered spam, but I still want to make a reply."

I asked this earlier. There's no Necro rule but the checkbox was packaged in with the other upgrades to forum software so they had to install it in the last update anyway.

Everybody should just ignore it telling you you're spamming and post anyway.

Mod staff is probably using it as justification so they can ban whoever they want for thread necromancy when the Purge comes.
