I'm much more skeptical of immigration and specifically Muslim immigration to Europe. Here's why:

They pretty much created the decadent europe you see today as a reaction, and once the technocratic reality of todays european dream is shown to be nothing but a pathatic lie. Then I think we will see the complete collapse of the western european ego and self esteem.

The Justice Department’s top immigration judge and a Trump administration appointee has resigned.

Tracy Short, who since June 2020 has served as chief immigration judge of the Justice Department’s Executive Office for Immigration Review, announced Thursday, in a message to fellow immigration judges, that he will be leaving at the end of the month.

He was appointed to the post by then-Attorney General William Barr.

Short did not provide an explanation. The Washington Times, based on information from sources, reports he resigned because the Biden administration cut him out of decision making as it pursues more relaxed illegal immigrants policy.

Another potential reason is the massive number of cases he and roughly 600 federal immigration judges face.

The judges' backlog of immigration cases has tripled to 1.8 million since 2017. And cases for people who are not detained take several years to resolve, according to the Associated Press.

Sen. Chuck Grassley and Rep. Jim Jordan, top Republicans, respectively, on the Senate and House Judiciary committees, wrote Attorney General Merrick Garland last week, prior to Short’s resignation, about news reports of "multiple" judges appointed during the Trump administration recently being ousted.

They argue some of the departures were "the result of a coordinated effort between the Biden-Harris administration and far-left immigration advocates."

NEW YORK - New York City's mayor says busloads of asylum seekers are being sent to the city from border states and are overwhelming the shelter system. He says federal money is needed to care for them.

Mayor Eric Adams said the city is seeing a marked increase in the number of asylum seekers who are arriving from Latin America and other regions.

"In some instances, families are arriving on buses sent by the Texas and Arizona governments, while in other cases, it appears that individuals are being sent by the federal government," Adams said.

He is asking for federal resources to assist with the influx of more than 2,800 people into New York City’s shelter system.

Adams says the city is working with the federal government in an effort to provide support and resources to them.

"New York has been and will always be a city of immigrants that welcomes newcomers with open arms," Adams said. "This value has made our city a beacon of freedom for people around the world and the economic and cultural powerhouse that it is. These very same humanitarian values apply to those who are experiencing homelessness."

He warns that if federal funds are not provided the city may struggle to provide adequate support.

"By law, asylum seekers have a right to be in the United States while they seek humanitarian protection," Adams said. "In New York City, we are responsible for the provision of services and infrastructure for newly arrived asylum seekers and currently residing populations alike."

However, they come from a culture that sees crime as crime. Theft is bad. Rape is bad. Murder is bad. The rate of lawlessness is just higher.

The islamic migrants who've flooded Europe, on the other hand, come from a culture that says khufars do not have rights; they must convert or die, and you can do anything you want to them until they do.

Yeah, AFAIK, Hispanics are higher than white Americans (and much higher than Asian-Americans) but much lower than black Americans and are at around the US average. Steve Sailer talks about how it would be delightful to reduce the black American crime rate down to Hispanic-American levels.

And Yeah, Hispanic countries, other than Spain and Portugal, are notoriously homicidal but still do share a centuries-long common Christian heritage with the West. Muslim countries don't, even though they are much less homicidal based on the official statistics. Though for that, some of them compensate in exporting terrorism and religious fundamentalism, unfortunately.
