I'd be mighty curious to see the breakdown of how many of those children are boys and how many are girls. People get more... choosy, as the kids get older. If it really were skin contact then you would expect a 50/50 split, but if it were sexual then for those children who are starting to go through puberty it would trend more towards young boys.

The particularly hilarious part of this is that they'd keep a database for it at all. Any weeb netizen gets their own avatar face off of Deviantart, Danbooru, or something similar. This isn't rocket science, and keeping a separate database will potentially make it easier to recognize them based on patterns of use.
