United States NASCAR Is Dying; Here's Why

It's been brought up in a couple of threads, so for anyone wanting a summary of all the issues that have caused NASCAR to fall on hard times in recent years, this video seems to do a decent job:

In short though; an inability to attract new fans, shortening attention spans, the death of Dale Earnhardt, constantly changing rules, current owner Brian France, the 2008 recession, a perceived lack of personality amongsts the drivers and their vehicles, and increased environmental concerns all contributed to the sport's current downward trend.

Fine by me.

NASCAR is boring, except for crashes, and not a widely popular sport outside a few areas.

Give me a Grand Prix or midget car racing, or better yet boat and air craft races, or ski races; those can actually be fun to watch for things besides crashes.

They will never be appeased. The destruction of NASCAR is the objective.
Didn't they cause NASCAR to fire thousands of the bouncy booth babes? For me that was the last straw, I mean what what else would have entertained my teenage mind whenever the cars got a little stale.

Edit: it was by those same Karen's going on and on about feminism and sexualizing women.
