Honestly we at the Philippines have overpopulation and pollution as a problem, the actual solutions to it that are proposed are things like teaching people how their reproductive organs fucking work, better urban planning, education, more jobs, developing outside of just Metro FUCKING Manila and trying to avoid over polluting the environment

NOT sterilizing or not having kids altogether

Unless all those migrants are gonna be quickly educated and get jobs and make industries, you’ll be making those First World Countries into huge slums like mine, probably not as polluted though

Those all sound like good things for developing a country - I like the point about not having just one huge city for example.
But how much of any of that is happening?

I don't think they actually plan on educating or employing all those people at all. Depending on how one interprets the open borders people's motives, they either have simply never thought it out that far, or having a welfare-dependent underclass is part of the plan.

The price of Chinese labor is getting higher and higher and lets face it your people are generaly more skilled and educated then most Chinese people ever thought about pouching their manufacturing jobs?

Not entirely sure, the Build!Build!Build! thing of Duterte is having much infrastructure built, but given what I know of MM’s urban planning....it’s a nightmare and I don’t think that can be solved as things complicate over the years and population just keeps on increasing
