Still sad to see that the Ottawa Police are so overwhelmed by the Trucker Protests that they can only spare dozens of officers for doing pamphlet handouts due to suspicious online activity.

However the tow truck companies have sided with the truckers, so the Ottawa cops have no real way to remove the truckers, and that's why they've resorted to trying to steal thier fuel and funds.

But if they steal the fuel, the trucks can't move. Good luck moving them if the trucker engages the air brakes.
Snow plows can do it, if you don't mind wrecking the truck in the process of getting it out of there.
If the snow plow drivers join the truckers and tow companies, then things get interesting in a whole new way.
