This just seems like an unnecessary expenditure when countering that supposed propaganda and encouraging the integration of minorities would be a better, more consistent solution with infinitely better results expanding the nation as per your conception (with less of a prediliction to backfire because people suspect it of racial-essentialism merely disguising itself as nationalism). 'Minorities aren't integrating into the nation because of the liberal lies and so we should pay minorities based on those lies to leave the nation and not integrate' while you're at the same time concerned about the decline of the nation in the first place is...nonsensical? The two impulses are at cross purposes to one another.

Bluntly, your conception seems pretty self-defeating and confused?

I mean I just think they'd be happier living somewhere with their own nations.

It depends on what you mean by "America", I think we could probably afford to give up some land so they could have their own nation states or pay them to go wherever else they'd like to live. Call it reparations if you want. But I'm against violent ethnic cleansing.

I quite honestly don't have anything to say. Your saying that roughly 40% of Americans don't belong here? Despite being born here, the fact that a great many of them had ancestors that immigrated here for a better life, don't belong in America? America not and never will be an ethnostate.
