So, the Roatan Prospera special zone recently started to promote ifself; that's pretty fascinating given that supporters of the market-based reforms tried to do something like that for years.
What's especially interesting is the fact that the land registry is managed separately from usual Honduran/Central American mess, and the common law arbitration is adopted by default.
