I think this goes strait into Cruel and unusual territory.
They want us silenced and suffering. Pardoning Alex Jones as soon as we retake the office is paramouth, followed by suing every last of the demorats's lapdogs and saddling them with the exact same sum so that they are unable to fight us.
And on appeal get it stricken down by a judge?
Doing this is stupid and will set a horrible precedent of a continually downward spiral.

The entire trial is a sham. The likes of CNN or Fox who spread worse fake news like Iraqi WMDs and shit like Richard Jewel and Covington kids never got fines even CLOSE to that. The biggest fine one of the people responsible for the 2008 crisis had to pay was 60 million.
Also these figures make near no sense. What are they being based on? How is it justified? Are we supposed to believe Alex and some of his more schizo followers did more to harrass these parents than mainstream media does to regular people? How?

So we won't sue the major corporations that kill tens of thousands of Americans a year with fraudulent medications and chemicals, but the crazy guy that sells water filters and screams about government black ops we'll sue for triple his lifetime earnings. Yeah, that sounds about right. What's the name of the judge that did this again? Those black-robed shit-stains get away anonymously with their abuses way the fuck too often. (No I am not calling for violence, merely suggesting that it might be funny if they were subjected to the same level of scrutiny as their victims)

The Judge who oversaw Jones' case is a open Democrat with party card. No joke.
As for the Anti-semitism thing it points towards a trend I have noticed on the globalist mindset and that has been the case for a while. They don't seem to have a concept of appropriate use of force. Every battle to them is all or nothing, no kill like overkill. This works on some cases bht on others it really doesn't.
They don't understand there will ALWAYS be people who are not on board with the consensus. They need complete control. They can't let a lunatic spout lunacies alone, they have to shut it down even when it is against their best interests. Like here, they are feeding antisemitic theories by doing this but they can't comprehend that because they NEED the dissent eliminated. Same for Jones, they can't handle his meme status and his popularity so they just threw a billion dollar fine for doing what the MSM does on the daily without a single drop of awareness of how bad it ends up looking.
There is no logic, it's pure emotional outburst. They see disagreement and they can only understand dealing with it by complete extermination. Like the 2020 election for example, they claimed to be protecting democracy by shutting down any discourse about fraud. A sane person would realize elections work because of trust, not because a government says so. They should have investigated at least some of it to keep a veneer of legitimacy. But they couldn't, they had to destroy the dissent NOW. They couldn't understand how they were setting the seeds to make sure it would never go away by doing so.

I think Kanye is conflating some less then nice individuals, and Palestinian/Arab propaganda, with people of the Jewish religion and the nation of Israel as a whole.

Add in the fact that these same people are also suing gun companies and trying to run them out of business. Any sympathy I might have had for these people died when they tried to take away my 2nd Amendment rights. Screw them. I hope this case goes all the way to the Supreme Court and gets dismissed as what it is. A money grab.

The big difference is that they only had to play wackamole with a singular city and some country side. Ours have to play global wackamole. That's the neat part: they will not get an appeal. Also, Alex Jones being sued is bullshit to begin with because if he has to pay a near billion dollars for a handful of fake news, then the MSM needs to be shutdown alltogether because they are nothing but fake news. Alex Jones is 90% Truth 5% missunderstanding 4% Advertising and 1% lies, the MSM is 99% Lies and 1% propaganda with some grounding in reality.

absolutely they are. the MSM does as much as they can to broadcast every mass shooting to as many people as possible without regard for the effects of it. if this is to be the standard than may the press be sued into oblivion.

no you misread it. if the law was applied equally it would result in a massive purge of the media. the law will not be applied equally because the establishment will protect the media. they only want to purge wrong thinkers and will apply this in an uneven and draconian manner. in no way does this lead to an increase of competence. you have read something into my statements that I neither wrote nor implied.

defamation? yeah it is kinda bullshit that they decided he was guilty without a trial. but loads of media personalities defame people all the time. the main thing is he is a wrong thinker so is not allowed to give a defense for himself without being held in contempt. if you haven't watched his trial the prosecution tried to get him to defend himself a bunch of times and he was just like the judge said I can't respond or I will be held in contempt. I get that he is an evil bad bad man who is guilty of wrongthink. but i don't believe that is a reason to go with 1 billion in damages. then again with how inflation is going h might pay it off by 2030 if the dems keep winning.
