If true that would explain the lull reported last night, if russia was completing the encirclement I would imagine dealing with any Ukrainian forces outside the city would be higher priority than firing into the city.

The big question in my mind is how much real will to fight exists among the citizenry of Kiev. They have enough people, and should have enough weapons, to make an attempt to occupy Kiev ruinous. They do not have a cowardly character, they should be able to endure such a conflict. But... is the Zelensky regime worth defending with their lives? Russian media reports that Zelensky already fled to Lvov, and they've been more honest than the globalist media in this particular conflict. Western stories praising him for touring the front lines use stock footage from 2021.

It's fake, there is no such report on TASS site, the people who faked it also made a mistake of using the TASS Russian language site template and pasted English language fake report on top of it. Also TASS is an official press agency of the government, their job is to publish official statements by the government, they don't do the ''unofficial sources''.
