It doesn’t help that Biden went on record during the Reagan administration opposing nearly every single foreign policy decision the Reagan admin made.

Not just Reagan. There was a quote by some Obama official commenting that Biden has been picking the wrong answers for every major foreign policy question for 40 years, a streak of bad decision making that Biden has clearly maintained up to the present.

Speaking of bad decisions, found an article explaining the democrat's sudden frantic push for voting rights despite it being crystal clear it would not happen. It's apparently being done at the behest of the only people on Earth dumber than democrat leaders: democrat mega-donors.

The push makes no sense... Unless you are one of the "conspiracy theorists domestic terrorist MAGA chud democracy hater" who ignores the numerous Experts™and Fact Checks© and thinks the 2020 was riddled with fraud. Then it makes perfect sense. They lost, they know they got away with it by the skin of their teeth, and they need to fortify it NOW or lose it maybe forever.

As if the cringefest innauguration wasn't bad enough... Jesus Christ the sheer fucking hubris of these people. What the fuck are they even gonna celebrate? The failure to meet virtually all expected job growth figures? The record inflation? The Saigon 2 Electric Bogaloo?

"Hello, America! I'm Tom Hanks. You may remember me from such dramatized historical films as 'Sully', 'Captain Philips', and 'Charlie Wilson's War' that were about the failures of American transportation bureaucracy, failures of international logistical systems, and the failures of America in Afghanistan, respectively. And today I'm here to talk to you about the failures of American transportation bureaucracy, failures of international logistical systems, and the failures of America in Afghanistan."

"Cut! Cut!"

The political realinment hit them sideways, they honestly thought they would rule uncontested for a generation and that the republican party was mostly dead, and it was after dubya just waiting for the next person to remake it their image. Now all of that is gone turned into ashes in their mouths.

Of course. They know they're going to lose badly.

Of course, one would hope unless some serious stupid shenanigans get pulled. But here’s a nasty thought? The liberals whip their “true believers” including their street thugs/blackshirts/brown shirts which includes BLM and Antifa into a frenzy, and assuming the Dems lose badly, they’re out in the streets again burning down even more city blocks, killing more cops and causing even greater mayhem. Hell, why even wait? Why not institute summer riots like they did in 2019?

So what do we do if the courts follow along with their narrative, start overturning or throwing vote counts when the democrats file lawsuits?

If the Democrats file lawsuits, make sure all legal ducks are in order, and counter sue. Don’t give the Democrats an excuse to impose martial law (which some of them do want to impose badly I’m sure.)

I am a little more worried at the moment about their street thugs who care little for any sort of legalities and just want to commit murder and mayhem.

Reps. Jim Langevin (D-R.I.), who has been in Congress for over 20 years, and Jerry McNerney (D-Calif.), who has represented parts of California since 2007, within minutes announced they would be retiring at the end of their current terms.

And so the Democratic exodus continues. I think this puts the number at 29.

I would not celebrate too soon about this.

They may be folding under pressure to vacate office so that a more woke progressive can take their place.

Would not be the first time the Dems have pulled something like that.

That's probably happening in at least some places, but incumbency usually holds a better than 90% victory rate in votes for the House of Representatives. Losing so many incumbents still hits hard for the Dems.

SIMPSONS DID IT! SIMPSONS DID IT!

Oh wow... the clip is actually uploaded to YouTube.

I forgot that was a major plot point of the Simpsons movie.

IIRC the President in the movie was Arnold Schwarzeneggar, who was being manipulated by Russ Cargill, the maniacal head of the EPA, into blowing up Springfield after their lake became critically polluted by a series of unfortunate events which resulted in the death of the band Green Day and the EPA imprisoning the entire city under an escape proof dome.
