"Yes, an angry, partisan speech about how the other party is the evil ones sabotaging democracy, shot against a background of a darkened building cast in red lighting. That's a great final shot for this speech, no way it would make us look like evil bad guys" - Biden's staff, apparently.

Where did he find these people?

They are trying to lean into the dark brandon meme i think

Biden has too many very visable fuck ups under his belt to get away with ruling by fear.

Its an entirely different skill set and requires an entirely different set of tools, all he did was just piss people off more and stiffen resolve to take him down.

Before that speech they most likely would have just kicked him out of the office and be done with it after wards now they will probally send his bony ass to jail as a message.

I highly doubt it.

Look, I've seen how overturning Roe and the MAL raid is playing with the the liberal/neocon Boomers. They do not give a damn about the legal limits that were broken/precedent that was set in raiding Trump like that. Add in the idea of student loan debt forgiveness, and the Dems are posed to actually attempt to deliver on a campaign promise to their base.

War-time 'Loose Lips Sink Ships' mindset has also kicked in, thanks to Russia fucking around in Ukraine, and the Boomers only care that Biden considers the stuff classified, and think Biden has the power to 'reclassify' anything Trump declassified. Particularly when the word 'nuclear docs' was initially used plus the lingering Russia-gate bullshit many of them believe.

I seriously think that people here underestimate how much sway the mass media, and now the revived Cold War era-mindset has caused a shift in Boomer thinking that was already predisposed towards hating Trump, while underestimating how Roe and student loan forgiveness can play to the youth.

The Boomers don't want a revolution, they want a comfy retirement like their folks had, and they don't care about trying to survive a WW3 situation and many don't care about having grandkids around or the world surviving beyond them most of the time.

We're fucked unless a Red Wave happens, and that's looking a thinner margin than it had before. Everyone who can vote legally needs to, and they need to record it with their own person devices for possible electoral fuckery.

We also need to brace for the possibility the Dems could win legitimately, as in is shown in an meaningful and thorough audit, because the country might be filled with more people who hate the Trump-GOP than hate Biden-Dems.

Ben Shapiro had a huge insight into how the US public votes; we do not vote *for* things, we vote *against* things.

And the mass media, the establishment GOP, and the Dems in DC have made it very, very easy to hate Trump and much around him with their years and years of lies, willing media suppression of the truth, and an intel community who was in on it.

We have to make 2022 about hating Biden, not protecting Trump (even if he is innocent), if the right wants to have a chance of winning legitly and in a big enough way the Dems cannot easily pull election fraud again, or if they do it will be so obvious SCOTUS won't be able to punt.

Barcle I look at his actions and I see a very scared and very terrified man.

The democrats would not be acting like this unless they were absoultly terrified, that makes me think things are actually going better then expected.

The end of modernity is always a shit show, and we just started it, but hey our grandchildren will probally live much better lives then us so there is that right?

not so sure, our grand parents said the same thing back in the 30s

The greats worked like fucking madmen to make their corner of the world less shit. They build up the country with infostructor, they built up housing and they made sure their children had the educational oportunities they never had. They gave the boomers a much better world then the shit hand they were dealt.

While things are bad for us, the nazi's were put down, and comunism doesn't have nearly as much reasources and power and thrust as it did back then. If their children had kept course instead of burning the country down in hedonistic and pointless rebellion then things right now would be pretty good.

But they did and its going to take a couple of generations of hard work to make things better.

You are on to something here. His anti Maga Republicans speech with that red back ground, was an act of desperation.

That wasn't the act of someone who is secure in their power. It was an act of someone who is terrified.

While that speech pissed me off, it also filled me with hope and reassurance. The dems and Biden are TERRIFIED of losing power this November. This tells me there is no grand plan to cheat.

This tells me there is hope.

Further, Biden has like 8 impeachment drafts going. Maybe even more after this speech. If we win the red wave, Biden is out. He is getting impeached.

And here's what is even more beautiful about all this. I was watching a strategist talk on Megyn Kelly the other day. The more focus is on Trump, the worse republicans poll, compared the the attention being on Biden. However, Biden and his handlers seem to insist on doing things like this. It keeps him in the news, and it keeps hurting them.

The republicans need only to lay low and let this idiots keep shooting themselves in the feet.

This last stunt with the speech was an epic fuck up, following the epic fuck up that was fbe MAL raid. They just keep fucking up.

Don't get comfortable, don't get complacent. Let the anger drive you to the polls, but we can all rest a little easier, because we are not watching the actions of someone who is secure in their power. We are watching desperate acts from people who are TERRIFIED.

The backlash to all of this is coming and is building up, after all its been over a decade of woke bullshit. Were all just wondering when the tipping point hits.

This speech might have been the tipping point. I haven't seen the right this pissed off in a long time.

We have been pissed for a while...but biden took it too far with this one. People are finally starting to say enough is ENOUGH. we get this red wave and Biden is fucking out.
