I doubt it they have strong reason to hate the Anglo west, and to be honest those reasons are justified since the Anglos act more arrogant than Chinese and refuse to make right on their theft.

They really need to clean the Ganges, though -- it's still the source of a lot of their water supplies, from potable water to irrigation, and they've got everything from toxic waste to semi-cremated bodies floating in it. :(

Eh, that’s true.

Can’t believe I forgot about that, actually, since if anything, my understanding is that’s worse than most of the pollution and near-nonexistent sanitation standards China’s plagued with. No mystery why they gave the Ganges legal personhood, really, though I increasingly fear that won’t be enough. 😔

Some of the YouTube videos about the river's state are shocking. :( If you thought pollution in China and Half-Life 2's City 17 were bad, the Ganges just makes you feel sad on seeing what's become of it.

Though, according to a search I just did, India's other major river, the Yamuna, is even more polluted.

Outside of shit from bio labs and nuclear reactors being dumped, how else could a river be more polluted than one with literal dead bodies and toxic waste floating by? How the fuck do you one-up those?!

My money is on India's Hindu majority finally getting fed up and doing a full on genocidal purge with in our life times. Place is pretty stressed right now and constant bouts of terrorism sponsored by Pakistan will most likely lead to them reaching their breaking point.

That might be very dangerous after all Pakistan is also a nuclear power. It may be weaker conventionally than India. But still nukes are a great equalizer.

Pakistan doesn't have enough nukes to kill India India has enough nukes to kill Pakistan as a country. They launch not only do they die but afterwards India goes full purge mode on any survivors.

Umm most of India is in the cities you only need like a dozen nukes to end most countries. Again Pakistan has more than a dozen nukes probably so both Pakistan and India would wipe each other out.

India is an entire subcontinent and has over a billion people Pakistan has maybe 160 weapons. It's enough to kill maybe half the population tops and then indian nukes fly and they finish of any survivors when their done.

I've ben looking(not too in depth because I don't really care about Asia too much except for the knock on effects it would cause me at home. But you may be right. It appears that 70 percent of India is rural. So nukes would not cause extinction. Though their cities being wiped out would prevent them from being technologically advanced, and most nations won't want to stick their noses in and help either so even after India wouldn't be able to "hunt down Pakistan" As for Pakistan surviving it depends how rural it is. I don't care enough to look but it probably would fare worse than India. But if you said you expect genocide then I don't think they would care.

Most nations would be willing to launch nukes at a nation that is exterminating their diaspora. We could use Israel as an example if France decided to go full Nazi on the Jews in France Israel might launch nukes. Do you disagree?

It's a case where Pakistan really doesn't have clean hands because they most definitely did purge their Hindu populations.

And a lot of said anti Islamic rage is caused by Pakistan sponsored terrorism. So yeah they can declare that war they can launch first and then they die.

India's kit is spread all over after bombs fly there will be more than enough of them to finish Pakistan which is a much smaller country with a much smaller population thats right next door.

As for protecting your diaspora powers only really do that when they have the power to enforce such edicts.
