Considering the CCP officials only use imported vaccines and leaked data places the Chinese knockoff vaccine has a 10 - 20% effectiveness depending on the patients genetics, health, resources and living conditions? Immediately.

It generally wasn't soviet propaganda that did this, it was that so many academics were taught in schools that professed Marx already, and their personal vices bent them towards such things.
For a while, soviet propaganda covered up how badly communism was failing, but that's quite different from being what won converts in the first place.

What Soviet propaganda did was to convince Marxists across the world to align themselves with the USSR, and for labor unions to do all they could to prevent their nations from posing a serious challenge to the early Soviets. It also helped delay the realisation of how horrible their atrocities were, and even helped drive social chaos.
Let's not forget that if not for Soviet propaganda being published in the reputable newspapers of the day, the West would have a nuclear monopoly for the foreseen future.
Then,it is not soviet propaganda,but western traitors working for them.And,since they do not go to live in soviet hell,they were well aware of what it really is.

Not only that, but the tanks are being made with the typical "Made in China" quality to the point where their armour isn't really armour.
