It has been used in that way before when someone says a person is racially Jewish or Russian or something but that is an unclear definition and then when you end up talking about race everyone ends up thinking it’s something different. That’s why it’s best to keep it simple while all humans are sons of Adam and share a common ancestor and blood since we can interbreed. But humans have split apart there are the three great races, then there are large groups who thin the races and finally the ethnicities themselves. I mean a Russian and English man are vastly different racially and genetically they are still both white. So why wouldn’t Jews and Arabs be white. While they are probably farther than the English and Russian. They are closer to each other than to the Chinese.I don't think there's much difference between the concept of ethnicity and the concept of race. Aren't they basically the same thing?
