Beer favorites? My personal favorite at the moment of the big companies is PBR. For craft I like a local ale called 805.

Wife turned Sapporo brand instant ramen fancy with ground seasoned pork, marinated soft boiled egg, green onions, naruto and bock choy. Absolutely fantastic.
No wonder you are a communist.I don't like beer.

Smoked salmon is the best preparation
Then I take it you've never had gravlax salmon (cold raw cured) with caviar?
Ever try a grapefruit beer? It's far better than you might think.
On a warm day a Schofferhofer Grapefruit Hefewizen beer is just lovely an refreshing, and at only a 3.2% ABV is a really safe beer to drink. Really more of a alcohol grapefruit soda that's not sweet like a soda pop.
Really I'd drink any good quality Pilsner, like Urquell, but really with Pilsner type beer you can line up 20 bottles from 20 countries and any difference is so minute as to be indistinguishable.
I can't drink anything with hops in it, too bitter for me. I tend to go more for wine, or mead. Or hard cider/sodas, I like those too.
Although I'll never turn down a good scotch or whiskey.
That describes exactly how I feel about such drinks. I don't like anything with hops very much, yet like those very same varieties of liquor. Though haven't had any mead yet, I'd make a joke about it being hard to find in Balmora, but that would probably be a bit arcane.
Its pretty good. I've only had some local varieties, mind, but a lot of them have similar flavor profiles to wine, so you'll have the more bitter, dinner meads and the sweeter stuff that's just good for drinking by itself. Or served with chipotle brownies, nom.
Chipotle brownies? How good are they? I like both, but how good are they together?
Pretty tasty, but I'm strange and like to pair spicy with sweet a lot. Although the ones I had weren't all that spicy. I miss spicy food, but my roomies don't like it so any time I'm making chili with fresh jalapenos and habaneros in it or making any curry its generally when I'm the only one here x.x
No but I've had Japanese alcoholic grapefruit sodas that were solid.Ever try a grapefruit beer? It's far better than you might think.
