So let me get this right...you want to put the whole Russian giovt in jail for 'war crimes' because some malfunctioning rocket kills 10 people in Ukraine, but you have no problem using blockbusters to flatten civilians in Gaza because 'Murrica.

Imagine of the limeys firebombed the catholic regions of belfast everytime the IRA killed someone.

The main difference is, Russia and the Palestinians are both the aggressors in their respective conflicts; and the latter makes theirs worse by using civilians as human shields to evoke your exact response to their deaths.

No, if USA was doing what Russia is, but with US airpower, you would have to multiply the civilian casualties in these conflicts by 20 to 100 times from what they were IRL.

That's only because the US and Russians have different aims, and the US is more capable. In fact, I'd say the US is worse for targeting funerals and weddings and the like, places with high concentrations of innocent people.

Basically, both are ugly things that are ultimately part and parcel of war. It happening doesn't make me hate the US or Russian government more than them going to war, this is what war looks like. It's ugly, civilians die. If you advocate for war, know that you are advocating for the deaths of tens of thousands of innocents. Look at it with clear eyes, and then you can say the war is needed.

When I say that Hamas needs to be eradicated, I know this means I think that killing tens of thousands of Gazan civilians is the lesser evil to them being in the thrall of a death cult for any longer, and just having more die slower. That's the only reason it's okay.

Russia has been doing meetings with Hamas leadership; the link between Hamas and Russia already exists and is part of the set up for their attack on Israel.

The difference is that Russia (much like Soviets and Nazis btw) at least tried to hide their war crimes, so at least they understand that what they are doing is not something to be proud of in front of world opinion. On the other hand, Islamists like Hamas, ISIL or AQ are on a holy war and they don't care what some infidels think of it.

Jews divesting from radical leftism and Islamism is a good thing and hopefully it'll help attitudes towards Jews and vice versa with the Right since the victims of this divestment will be Leftists and Islamists and their supporters.
