He shot an unarmed women that was busy crawling through a barricade. She posed no threat to him (at that moment, anyway) and was largely incapable of making any sort of offensive move, and the officer was guarding some empty offices.
That doesn't sound like a justified shoot to me, at least not without a better explanation from the police (which I haven't seen). And given the left has previously decided that actively fighting the police and grabbing a weapon from them is not good grounds to employ lethal force, it's very strange they're so silent.

There was a large group of people trying to get in, and he was fearing for his life.
And if an Officer "feared for his life," and shot a BLM supporter in the same scenario, his name would be all over the news and he'd be in jail.
Typically shooting unarmed protesters is not a good thing.
Especially when we take into consideration that it was just recently leaked that capitol police were ordered to let those protesters inside.
This woman got set up by the powers that be to get murdered by the police, and now the officer is not only getting away with it, but is getting praise from the left.
If you are trying to get into a barricaded place and get shot.
It is your fault.

And my point is that the left believes that when it's a right winger being killed, but not when it's a left winger.
Typically I am against shooting unarmed protesters, even if they are trying to break down barricades. They weren't armed. They were just angry people who watched the left do this shit for 6 months and get away with it. They do it and get shot.

If someone crawling toward you and unable to take any action to harm you is enough to make you fear for your life, you're not fit to be a police officer.
That is a valid standard of use of force... in serious situations. Rioters storming an airbase full of expensive jets perhaps. Or fucking with some non western government who doesn't fuck around in general.
