Hawkeye. I do feel it was the best of the Disney Marvel live action series. It might've been better then some of the Netflix Marvel shows.
The main weaknesses of this show are like I stated before and are in the other shows as well. It's not as epic as MCU movies and not as gritty as the Netflix shows.
The latter is especially telling in this episode. The violence and action and storytelling you can tell in a story made for kids and up instead of teens and up is noticeable. Also the villains here are just as underwhelming as in the other shows.
But it's mitigated because this is a "street level" story. There's no reality warping, multiversal time travel or world threatening terrorism going in. It's city level criminal fallout at best.
We don't have Loki's fighting random Human level thugs or Falcon and Winter Soldier getting bested by Super Activists. Hawkeye and friends are fighting criminals and hitmen and ninjas etc. It works.
And the humor works for the most part as does the light hearted tone. The previous series took themselves too seriously for what was going on. And in Hawkeye the characters didn't suffer from power decay as dramatically as Loki or Falcon/Bucky etc. And they were more fun and relatable and endearing here.
The only other drawback was the light hearted tone did impact some of the emotional beats in the final episode. I still got feels for what happened though because of the acting and the like in spite of it though.
So overall I'd recommend. This is what Disney Plus shows should be... Smaller scale type of stories.
