All it took was a jew whining about the implication, by use of the word pilpul, that the idiocy of media consumers might just have something to do with the plethora of jews in media, and their predilection for pushing covid hysteria.
Of course, that's not actually "anti-semitic", it's observing the obvious: the mainstream media as a whole are pushing covid hysteria, there are a lot of jews in mainstream media, and some of that is jews pushing their opinions into the news room. They're quite comfortable doing that, just look at @GoldRanger trying to regulate my use of the word pilpul.

Most of what is termed "anti-semitism" would more honestly be termed rational self-interest. Jews embraced the covid panic (see: Israel's vaxx, boost, and infection rates) and pushed it on others. It should not surprise anyone that some American Whites take that amiss.
Jews are not above criticism or beyond reproach, and there's nothing wrong with speaking plainly and honestly about this sort of ethnic conflict.
