Now Moscov should not be suprised, when their forces in Syria would be attacked by drones.

There was a retaliatory strike in Syria for the attacks directed at the US Forces in Syria and Iraq yesterday.

But yeah as of today there's been an estimated forty six attacks on US Bases and personnel.

It's caused fifty six injuries including a few head injuries reportedly but mostly of the more minor twisted ankles, perforated eardrum and concussion variety.

Another US Airstrike was Launched at a Target in Eastern Syria. This time casualties might've actually been inflicted upon the Iranian proxy forces.

The USS Thomas Hudner, a Burke-class Destroyer, reportedly downed a Houthi launched drone directed towards their vessel whilst in transit through international waters in the Red Sea.

That's a lotta ships.

I didn't even know UNIFIL had a Naval Task Force. Also while I knew the US Coast Guard went far afield I didn't realize there was a whole flotilla of them out there. PATFORSWA has six Cutters in it!

A largescale skirmish or gun battle reportedly has finally ended on the Jordanian-Syrian Border as Jordanian troops engaged Assadist Drug Cartels with casualties suffered by both sides. Significant quantities of drugs were seized along with weapons and explosives.

If you actually click on the Twitter thread its the latest in a series of posts detailing how Iranian-backed Assadist Drug Cartels based largely in Southern Syria have been smuggling drugs all across the Middle East, to Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia.

Some history include back in May of 2023, a suspected Jordanian Airstrike killed a Syrian Drug Lord Merhi al-Ramthan who was responsible for overseeing the manufacture and distribution of reportedly billions of dollars worth of illegal drugs from Syrian manufacturies to neighboring Middle Eastern countries with the backing of Iran and the Assad regime in Syria. This illegal drug trade apparently generates billions in illicit revenue for the Assad government with their main product being captagon in pill form, a "milder" version of meth-amphetamines.

Some stated at the time the airstrike was done with Assad's consent in that he'd then curb the drug trade due to being reallowed into the Arab League but that hasn't panned out in reality. While the Cartels primarily target Jordan, the main customer base are in the Gulf States and to a lesser extent, Iraq.
