Afghan Shia IRGC Leader among those killed in the latest round of airstrikes in Syria by the US. Sayyid Ali Hosseini has rejoined General Qassim Soleimani.

Also coming to an end, the storied history of the Ayash Ammunition Dump in Deir Ezzor, Syria.

Rest in Peace Dump! 😞

Also unrelated to airstrikes, but related politically and geographically... Naji Al Ka'abi, an Iranian backed militia leader died in an apparent motorcycle accident in Iraq as in a motorcycle pulled up to the car he was travelling in and the riders of said motorcycle reportedly shot him to death.

Well Pakistanis (and South Asians/Southeast Asians) have been traditionally used as quasi slave labor by Sunnis for a while now so the fact some Sunnis in the Middle East favor Iran over Pakistan is amusing.

Doubly so since Pakistan has backed the Middle East on various occasions against the Soviet's and Israelis back in the day.

@Peaceforallorhellistheoption @Peaceforallorhellistheoption As a citizen of Yemen, I reside in the country and have traveled extensively from east to west. I strongly detest and fear Al-Qaeda more than any other entity on this planet. However, I have never personally encountered or been aware of any presence of Al-Qaeda on the ground in Yemen. My only knowledge of them has been through media reports. When I heard a mercenary claim in a documentary that "Al-Qaeda is in every corner in Yemen," I laughed loudly, as it seemed to me to be an exaggerated attempt by a liar or mercenary to portray themselves as a hero under the spotlight of media attention.

As an ex contractor myself, looking at these guys I can't help but chuckle. These supposed USSF guys are people the rest of us stayed well away from. They only get the jobs professionals wouldn't touch and they just love telling anyone who'll listen just how good they are. They're a cluster and a liability. You'll never see another group from any other country with their heads on the telly except them.

"we do our own research and do our due diligence" literally 5 minutes later "we have our orders.. who am I to question?"

Kinda surprised they went public with this, that'll probably be their last Middle East contract throwing UAE in the spotlight like that.

"That's what soldiers do"….. mate, you are NOT a soldier. You're a mercenary. Not equivalent.

@MrSoda007

This guy is all over the place one minute he says they do their own investigation Into targets then says who am I to argue with UAE over targets

@maartent9697

@maartent9697

I love how baldy goes from 5:00 "We do our own due dilligence" to 7:10 "Yeah UEA are our clients and that guy was a terrorist" doesn't sound like due dilligence to me if you just accept what your CO tells you.

@theotheleo6830

The first guy sounds like a psycho. He attempts to portray his targets as evil, but he really doesn't care who he kills as long as he gets paid. So, who is the true evil?

Two leaders in the Iranian backed Kata'ib Hezbollah, Abu Baqir al-Saadi and Arkan Al Alaywi, were reportedly killed in a strike by US Forces in Iraq when the car they were riding in was struck by ordinance from a MQ-9 Predator UAV.

The Indian Navy's INS Kolkata was involved in another counter-piracy operation where it intercepted a cargo ship controlled by Somali pirates since December of last year. The Indian Navy was engaged in surveillance on the vessel with a drone when the Somali pirates shot it down and then fired at the Indian Navy.

The Indian Navy responsed with a military operation involving ships, aircraft and their MARCOS special forces to compel the Somali pirates to surrender, seize the ship and contraband and free the crew they had been holding hostages for weeks now. The MV Ruen was carrying over 35,000 tons of cargo, with seventeen crew members freed and thirty five Somali pirates taken into custody after surrendering.

Correction - Iran riposted to the Israel attack on the Iranian embassy.
Bibi now gets the (another) war that needs to stay in power/out of jail.
Iran was hosting enemies of Israel who were planning attacks against Israel.
Doing it from a place they hoped would be immune to the reach of Israel so they arnt attacked.

Plus Israel has no diplomatic tied with the Iranian consulate in Syria.

Funny how you are rationalizing when some nations are the aggressors.
The facts stay.
Israel has a very long history of attacking all its neighbors and at the same time saying that is 'just' defending itself.
But, for you, Israel always gets a free card, I see.
Not surprised at all.

I mean, they want to wipe out Israel.
He'll Jordan is technically helping protect Israel by shooting things going through its airspace.
The rest of the world outside of Iran and its proxies seem to enjoy what Israel os doing.

When your enemies will do what ever to make you cease to exist, what do you do? Let then play technicalities?

LOL, in fact the rest of the world is not interested in another war in the ME, that is going to cause (even more) havoc to the traffic routes and to the price of oil.
Right now is already pretty bad.
This exchange of shots only exists because Bibi is desperate.

Yeah, let's ignore Iranian imperial efforts and proxy actions and just pretend Israel is killing off their proxy organizers for no reason at all.
Got it.
Why are you beclowning yourself for defense of Shia theocrats?

Oh dear, I think that the only nation in the ME that is occupying the territory of other nations is Israel.
You know, the nation that has an army that is worldwide know as War Crime r'Us.
And showing that right now.
But no, is Iran - the nation that has not invaded any other nations (unlike you know who) in decades that is the bad one.
Really silly me.

Take this propaganda to leftist teenagers, they care.
Arabs have plenty of countries already.

Russia?

Your homework for saying stupid shit on the internet is to explain the relationship between Hezbollah and Iran, and explain what is it doing in a country that is most definitely not Iran.
Being unable to notice proxy bullshit games is not something to be proud of, nevermind using it as an "ah ha!" argument to shit on Israel.

Propaganda?
Just ask the United Nations about the Golan Heights, for example...
You are just showing how ignorant/brainwashed you are.
Btw, compared to the IDF, the Russian Army (and the US one) are examples of contention.

Regarding the IDF as "War Crimes R Us"... are they really any worse than any other Middle-Eastern military? Or do they stick out because they are being judged by Western moral standards, while the Arabs... are not?

There's also the fact that in a war, there is propaganda. Making up stories about horrible things done by the OpFor is very common on all sides. When has it not been?
