If they are immigrants, then they will accept laws and customs and culture of the country they have immigrated into. If they do not accept such, they are invaders. And while I do not support revenge killings of people who are completely unrelated of crimes revenge is being carried out for, I do think that people have to have the right of self-defense; prison and police are definitely inadequate in a multicultural society.

1] To be able to turn said countries into one party states.
