SCOTUS Getting Shade Over Roe v Wade

According to various sites like SB, abortion has a 70% approval rating or more among the general population, and they must never, ever put it up to a vote where those numbers would allow them casual curbstomp of their political opponents.
That sounds like the number that says they're not in favor of overturning Roe v Wade, but it's an open question how much of that is just reflexive aversion to changing the status quo. Which is now, it seems, getting changed, but how much do they actually care? Would we see the same percentage not in favor of un-overturning it two years from now?

I do think pro-lifers are less common than pro-choicers but it's always been an asymmetric contest in that although pro-choicers observe that women will die and have their lives ruined for the lack of a health care procedure, or false prosecution of miscarriages, it's not anywhere near the genocide that pro-lifers observe under the opposite policy.

I can't fathom being apathetic regarding the issue, but I admit a certain fatigue sets in after the thousandth earth-shattering hot take. So if it's just a question of being burned out then I guess I can understand even if I'm not there.

There's a decent majority that thinks abortion should be legal to around 15 weeks or so. After that time limit support for abortion drops like a rock.

The democrats current position of unlimited abortion with no restrictions up to, and in some states after, the moment of birth is HUGELY unpopular and radical.

If there is any nuance in the conversation between outright bans and unlimited abortion the current democrat position is a complete failure while the republican one of kick it back to the states is utterly reasonable by comparison.

CRP deep dives into the motivation of the leftard spergouts:

TL;DR it is their 5 minutes of approved hate for throwing their lives away on bullshit, and now they are stuck with the bill.

Ah yes, let's take advice from the Vatnik shill who got picked up by Ukrainian security services because he was effectively cheering on the Russians from inside a city under attack by them.

Sure. But is he wrong?
I don't know, I don't patronize or watch his vids once I realized he's a Vatnik.

He's just the person Agent23 clings to in order to pretend Russia is 'winning' and seems to think he's the end all, be all of 'Right wing commentators' on most topics.

If he was as smart as he claims, Lira wouldn't have been doing what he did that got him picked up and detained by Ukrainian security services and ordered not to leave the city he was in.

Pic at 10:20 is neat also the
Numbers at 12:58
16:05 is interesting for the think of the poor argument
18:06 is another good graph
19:09 is the most important part in my mind though
The whole video is a good watch but those are the best parts I think

I do, the left seems unable to.

That isn't quite true, the left can plan many steps ahead, and contrary to popular belief are capable of hard work. The thing is they tend to overestimate their capability and underestimate problems ahead and disregard problems that don't agree with their ideology and so have a tendency to crash and burn over the long term.

I am pretty sure that if they lose this they will be a lot more eager and willing to import "culturally enriching" migrants to vote Democrat and do more ballot box stuffing.
Meanwhile the parts of the right that are heavily invested in this shit will go all "mission accomplished" and start vegetating.
Told you, this is a trap, the right is falling into it IMO.

So the group that produces the most wine aunt Karens that usually vote left and are married to the state is self-takeout genetic trash?
And if they do breed they produce more karens and soyboys.

Told you, I have good reasons to be less invested in this shit than a lot of the right.

That’s such a monstrous take. It’s murder of an innocent why can’t you get that. And those numbers show even the excuses they try to have don’t hold up.

These children could be adopted by good people and raised into healthy members of society if the mother just absolutely doesn’t want the child. If anything that would strengthen the right especially if the next step to this is making adoption cheaper and easier.

You see it as a good thing, I see it as people who have too little impulsive control and are probably genetically predisposed to liberalism basically boosting their numbers by the Cuckoo strategy.
TBH I see zero sense in adoptions unless done in an extended family, they make zero sense from a genetic standpoint. or marriages that do not produce offspring that are genetically comprised from both parties, again, this is only my view.

Also, there are a lot of legitimate reasons for abortions, and life starting at conception is IMHO a very bad definition.
There is such a thing as ectopic pregnancy An ectopic pregnancy can't proceed normally. The fertilized egg can't survive, and the growing tissue may cause life-threatening bleeding, if left untreated.
Abortion is necessary in those conditions.

Yeah, I think that people should have an automatic right to the intellectual property rights on their DNA, in the event that one party of the exchange wants to keep the byproducts of coitus then the other part should be consulted, since the other party might be liable for charges later in life, read shotgun marriages and/or child support.
In the event that the right is disregarded any and all claims on the affected party later on become null and void.

Your take on adoption is so strange.
Are you just a pure materialist? what do you base your morals on?
we aren’t all our genetics and being raised in a proper household will always lead to a better outcome plus it’s just a moral good to care for abandoned children. I would love for the right to make it easier and cheaper for adoption to happen. But I don’t understand your objection to it.

On the ectopic pregnancy topic there are only 200,000 US cases per year or 1 in 50 another source said. We can’t base laws on rare specific cases. Besides making elective abortions illegal would have no effect the key word is elective. But again the vast majority of abortions aren’t for incest rape or any other excuse the advocates are harping on we have the data we know how tiny those numbers are that vast majority are using it as birth control and that’s evil.

How do you view a woman cucking her husband and giving birth to a child that is not his, or a husband swapping a dead newborn with a baby produced by his mistress?

That is called being cucked, and IMHO on a purely genetic level adoption and use of other people's genetic material is basically the same thing, even worse, since the parties are aware of it.

Yes, I am very much a materialist where most things are concerned.

That is still more people per year that might have died vs. from Terrorism, and you still have the TSA, Homeland Security and the patriot act, and you threw 6(10) trillion on fighting terrorism and bringing democracy in the middle east, and got nowhere.
