I'm curious - in the photos the Officers have different shoes - shouldn't they be wearing the same, regulation shoewear? And socks ...Cavalry Officers earning their Stetsons.

They can also earn thier spurs, which is something that is a lot harder then the Stetson. Technically anyone can get a stetson if they are in a Cav unit
Female officers get a choice. I think Enlisted do get the choice as well. They can wear the normal shoes like two of them have, or the heels.I'm curious - in the photos the Officers have different shoes - shouldn't they be wearing the same, regulation shoewear? And socks ...
Most likely a Cav Scout officer @FriedCFour officers is your specialty. So I'm guessing it's because she's a new 2nd LT in the Cav that she gets to wear the cool hat then? I'm no expert on Army particulars.
This is just embarrassing.
10/10 best disguise. Only gets beaten out by the T95 hiding in a bush for 25 yearsNot a Sherman tank. It's just your standard heavy duty military truck.
Tanker had arrived with beautiful powerful and heavily armed *coughs* PT-76 Amphibious Tank, just in time to make Summer Beach Calendar shoot!
Please Comrade... No need for muzzle cover. We are already safe as is...
It goes 10km an hour in water.Tank designed to not only swim through rivers, but also capture England. As far as i knew,it has limited capacity of crossing small seas.
Is a very slow-moving target. It goes 10km an hour in water.
It is a sitting target
but also capture England. As far as i knew,it has limited capacity of crossing small seas.
Basically sitting stillIs a very slow-moving target.
Well, about twice the speed of a soldier on foot, so no. But, with modern targeting systems, the difficulty level is the same I conced.Basically sitting still
Using it in the English Channel would be a terrible idea, it was built for rivers an lakes. Sure, with naval infantry (like in the picture) it means it could leave the landing ships several kilometres off the coast, but it was never intended to get into sea in France and come ashore in UK.
