the house has been "about" to impeach Biden for over a year. Meanwhile the dems said they were going to do it, twice, and both times had articles within a few days.
Fucking hell, they're now saying that the Democrats want to seize the Texan Nation Guard? Is it true? Do they realize what that'll kick off?!

Seize is close to accurate but not quite.
There's a legal Federal mechanism that could be used to activate the Texas National Guard as Federal troops.
Though...it'd be really interesting to see the justification for that activation...
Also...I'd be very curious as to how many Commanders would actually follow those orders.

The really interesting part if the Guard were 'activated' for Federal use...they can't be deployed to function in the US then...since there's no declared emergency.
