It'd be more palatable if they didn't select an Ogrish Trans to win the pageant. It's obviously not a plus sized thing because literally all the other candidates in that pageant are conventionally beautiful women. If there were other obese Women in the pageant then maybe it'd seem less farcical.

That's pretty much taking a technicality at face value; the Facebook rule against bare breasts is literally written as applying only to female users.
That said, that's not *all* they ruled in this case. They overturned a user ban based on finding that the existing rule was "unclear" regarding whether intersex, non-binary, and transgender users count as male or female for the purpose of the female-only bare breast rule. However, they also further recommended that Facebook overhaul the rule entirely.

Which is sooooo dumb because I'm pretty sure the original intent of the rule was not to ban because they hate women nipples but to ban because it's degenerate and inappropriate???
It also goes to show preferential treatment which is beyond fucked up, what's next Transgenders are allowed to kill people so long as the people murdered are CIS or Binary?
