The military governs itself and does not always listen to SCOTUS.No military court has higher authority than SCOTUS.
So you're literally agreeing that the rule of law is brokenThe military governs itself and does not always listen to SCOTUS.

The military doesn't have the legal right to over rule the supreme court. Not as such here. The military is it's own thing distinct from the civilian government. That's been considered normal for a long while.
It's not the same sort of thing as civilian judges ignoring the letter of the law on favor of whatever advances their political agenda, or whoever bribed them the most.
The military doesn't have the legal right to over rule the supreme court.
We don't overrule. The military doesn't have the legal right to over rule the supreme court.
And you somehow fail to see that this is a literal example of the breakdown of law and order? We don't overrule.
We don't listen.

This idea of the military justice system not being subservient to SCOTUS, like all civie courts are, and that this is an 'ok' state of affairs, is just another reason the powers in DC need to be broken and brought to heel by the American public.Never heard the saying that there are 3 ways to do anything?
The right way
The wrong way
And the Army way.
The Army has it's own legal system, independent and apart from the civilian one.
We do thongs differently. This idea of the military justice system not being subservient to SCOTUS, like all civie courts are, and that this is an 'ok' state of affairs, is just another reason the powers in DC need to be broken and brought to heel by the American public.
The Pentagon does not get to ignore SCOTUS, and the USMJ does not supercede the Constitution.
if it's over the vaccine, they're exempt from liability.I have been considering suing Pfizer.
Though as non-US citizen I don't know where to start.

To my understanding, they replaced the option of suing the company with getting compensation from the government. So no way to take to court ?
In other words, instead of the guilty party paying with their money, they want to pay with yours in the form of taxes. To my understanding, they replaced the option of suing the company with getting compensation from the government.
