While I'm somewhat curious about what the full speech was the "shoot them dead" part isn't actually as bad as it sounds. Like no shit the cops are likely to just shoot you if you try to fight them and they're actually in danger. I'm pretty sure that's the standard for cops in most parts of the world.

I'd prefer if the cops used non-lethal melee instead, they should be trained to disarm people easy
