Putin claims Russia has developed world's first coronavirus vaccine, says his daughter received it
Putin said the vaccine has undergone proper testing and emphasized that vaccination will be voluntary.www.foxnews.com
Well Putin is claiming that Russia has a working vaccine and that his daughter has been innoculated with it. Claims it should be able to innoculate someone for two years. They're apparently still doing 'Phase III' trials which typically look for longterm effects but I guess they figured that with whatever method they're using that the risks were negligible enough to offset any fears of harming the boss's daughter.
I know its un-Christian of me. But.Up To 3,000 Turks Infected With Coronavirus During Hagia Sophia's Opening As A Mosque

I am still highly doubtful about anything made by RUssiaIf Putin's willing enough to try it on his daughter, may as well try it elsewhere and thank him and Russia afterwards
Though, who knows, it maybe denied by the Far Left who go on and on about "Russian Bots" and "Russian Interference" and this crisis is something they don't want to end

Eh. So long as the vaccine doesn't actively really hurt people then there's nothing lost from trying, you can always tinker or improve or make a better vaccine later.
The common cold is a rhino-virus, not a corona-virus. It's the normal flu that's also a corona-type.Vaccines almost always have some degree of risk. They are not 100% safe.
There is also the danger of a false sense of security. "I've had the vaccine, so I'm immune!"
Which isn't necessarily true - the coronavirus family undergoes constant mutation. Vaccines work on the premise that if you've had a disease once and fought it off, you won't come down with it again. So it makes it as if you've had it already.
But we all know that the Common Cold doesn't follow those rules - and guess what virus family that's in?
The common cold is a rhino-virus, not a corona-virus. It's the normal flu that's also a corona-type.
Common human coronaviruses, including types 229E, NL63, OC43, and HKU1, usually cause mild to moderate upper-respiratory tract illnesses, like the common cold. Most people get infected with one or more of these viruses at some point in their lives.
The biggest difference is the fever or lack there-of. Both can cause congestion in the lungs.Maybe I misread, but looking again, the wording is a bit unclear in some sources:
