OSINT Analyst Ryan McBeth gave a brief overview (about fifteen minutes) of the order of battle of Hamas' Al Qassam Brigades and the Israeli Defense Forces (Army and Air Force) and some brief remarks on their capabilities. He also talks a bit about the differences in equipment and units between the active forces and the activated reserve forces, such as the former using Merkava 4's and the latter Merkava 3's by and large and details like that.
Towards the end of the video there's a discussion regarding casualty rates and what he feels the numbers of killed per day will be for the IDF, Hamas aligned militants and civilians, using the 2008 Battle of Sadr City in Iraq and IDF's Operation Cast Lead in the same year, along with general rate of advance the IDF could make in the urbanized terrain and how long a ground clearance operation could take along with the "victory" conditions that each side has to attain.
The Graphic Companion to the YouTube Video

Video from the Al-Aqsa Flood Terrorist Attack on October 7th were Hamas Militants were engaged by Civilian Security Defenders at one of the Kibbutz they were trying to massacre. It appears the Hamas troops are leaving their wounded to suffer whilst also stripping them of kit.
This goes along with the idea that Hamas militants were sent on their offensive against the Israeli Militants whilst lacking first aid and medical equipment, expecting it to be a suicide operation for them to martyr themselves.
Also someone, I can't find the post, asked about what Palestinian left wing or communist groups were doing within Gaza. They too are fighting the noble fight. Here's media of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine using Iranian supplied 120mm mortars to bombard something presumably in Israel.
