The U.S. isn't in as dire straits as the partisan media makes it out to be. Even if we did have a civil war it would be a rather low-level insurgency as opposed to the massive marshalling of forces that was seen in the original civil war. Compared to the Middle-East? We're living pretty good and sittin purdy in this era as Americans. Not only that, but we're the most powerful nation-state to ever exist in human history. The idea that we can't walk and chew gum at the same time is incorrect. We should prioritize our own citizens in the homeland of course, but this could be a critical opportunity for Trump to step up and leave the world a better place than when he entered it, and Trump would be stupid to pass up an opportunity to make the Democrats looking like genocidal bigoted pieces of shit that they are that only care about the kickbacks their political elites get from Washington and multinational defense contractors in the name of Zionist Israel.

Trump is also benefitting by grabbing victories over the democrats and out maneuvering them.

Also by positioning himself as the israel guy, he thoroughly divides the the democrat party between those who are loyal to the jews and those who are loyal to the muslims. (there are zero democrats who are loyal to the christians).

New development regarding the ceasefire: apparently Israel wants to renegotiate the deal and has the support of the Trump administration. Hamas wants to stick to the originally agreed upon framework. Israel is now blocking aid shipments as leverage.

It is a literal death cult, that indoctrinates all children into its death cult and starts training them as soldiers by age 6.

If I had it my way the U.S. would simply annex Israel and Palestine as the 51st and 52nd state. Unfortunately that will most likely not happen, so the best we can hope for is a binational Israel-Palestine. I'd do something similar to Lebanon with consociationalism. The president of Israel-Palestine will always be a Jew but the prime minister can potentially be Arab (NOT Muslim) if they get enough votes. A democratization process must also take place in Gaza to get rid of Hamas. If the U.S. must take over this place for that to happen then that needs to happen sooner rather than later. I'm Anti-Hamas as fuck but I do not trust the Jewish supremacist state of Israel to fix the problem.

Eh regardless of one's views on Israel they are far from our worst ally (when we don't try to kowtow to Islam) plus a war with them would cost far more than we could hope to gain.

I don't think a US/Israel tag team against the various Islamic nations is out of the question though. The US and Israel have shown in times past we're capable of thoroughly bringing the middle east to heel IF we would stop sabotaging ourselves and start playing for keeps.

The problem is Washington thinks it's far more profitable to keep a war going than it is to win a war.

As long as Israel remembers who the senior partner in that relationship is I don't have a problem, but at the same time the U.S. needs to call out Israel on its Jewish supremacist problem more often. I was hoping Trump would be more vocally anti-Zionist but that seems to not be the case. If we do not get a president who calls out Zionism soon though, people will begin to view Christians as second-class citizens, and hate crimes against Christians will accelerate since there is already a lot of nonsense anti-Christian propaganda being perpetuated by liberals and leftists. (Not Christian myself, I simply have close friends and family who are Christian and I worry about the world we are leaving for them and their children)
