Well, yeah, we'd lose some military bases. We'd keep some military bases. Obviously we'd lose stuff, but we'd also lose the commies, which is the greatest win possible.
And they would have access to various things that would let them be on equal footing.

Considering how the vast majority of manufacturing, resources, military personnel and other materials that still remain in the USA are in or from majority right-wing states, I’d say it’s less of a concern for the Right then the Left.
I mean...do I need to point out Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and all those companies would reside in the woke nation due to the fact it agrees with them?
Unless your saying they would run the companies in both nations.
Like, you have a decent amount if stuff coming from right wing areas, but plenty of stuff comes from left wing areas.

You assume that those companies survive the war intact or at all.

And where are their factories located? What’s stopping the Right-winged nation from just using them?

In which case...that's bad news for us.

Well, Lockheed Martin for instance has two factories. One in Palmdale California, where Skunk works, the place where things like the SR 71 were created, and Marrietta GA.
Now, are we thinking the nations would be broken into by counties of hy states or how?
Because Marietta is a dem city.
Raytheon has at least two of its subsidiary companies in the NE. One of which is Pratt and Whitney. The jet engine maker.
Northrop Grumman...
The place where thier aircraft made? California.
Most radars used by the US military? Made in Maryland.

Boeing has a lot in SoCal.

I can go on.

We are not guaranteed to have the people or the companies woth us.

From what I understand with Boeing though, they've been in sharp decline for decades, and don't really produce many components on their own anymore; they mostly just assemble components made in other countries. So they're not that significant of an asset these days.

All thier military stuff is from inside the US.

But basically my point being that our current MIC would be destroyed in the sense of any capability to function.

You say that like it would be a bad thing. The Military Industrial Complex is a cancer on our actual military. Consistently overcharging for substandard equipment, wasting millions to billions in boondoggle non-functional technology.

Good riddance.

And now you have a military that is in pieces, unable to maintaine the equipment it has, and the potential for the super advanced things we do have getting sold to our enemies.
Congratulations.

My whole point is that we would no longer be a military super power

Well duh, if the US breaks apart the individual pieces aren't going to maintain superpower status, regardless of if the MIC stays whole or not, and frankly I think it would be a net negative if it did make it through whole.

People here have argued we would remain to super powers

I would disagree, some chunks of the former US may remain strong regional powers, but I doubt any would preserve the force projection and industrial capabilities to remain a superpower.
Neither if the two hypothetical ones would be a super power

We are a hegemonic power in name only and our entire military leadership, our IC and nearly all of our government takes orders from China.

I'd gladly accept us not being a superpower if it meant not having my kids raped by trannies, while agents loyal to Beijing arrest me for reporting it.

I don't know where else to post this but it is VERY interesting when Republicans and Democrats do something like this.

The Protecting Hunting Heritage and Education Act was passed in a 424-1 vote. Going against Joe Biden's wishes.

Given how captured academia is, and how much the military is suffering from a lack of recruitment, maybe the Uniparty wants to make sure that their new brown shirts have some firearm training. Either that or they hope some will go school shooter and give them more reason to pass anti-gun legislation.

It's notable that the bill authors, besides including 'other shooting sports' (let's go, three gun and crew-served weaponry competitions in schools! Artillery courses would, no joke, undoubtedly incentivize mathematics and physics learnin'...), also chose/had to include culinary arts because of the concern that some DoE bureaucrat would, in ban-the-gas-stoves style, also choose in the future to axe any support of cooking because of the 'dangerous tools' involved.

The Acts said:
Section 8526(7) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of
1965 (20 U.S.C. 7906(7)) is amended by inserting ``, except that this
paragraph shall not apply to the use of funds under this Act for
activities carried out under programs authorized by this Act that are
otherwise permissible under such programs and that provide students with
educational instruction or educational enrichment activities, such as
archery, hunting, other shooting sports, or culinary arts'' before the
period at the end.
