Considering how the vast majority of manufacturing, resources, military personnel and other materials that still remain in the USA are in or from majority right-wing states, I’d say it’s less of a concern for the Right then the Left.

Unless your saying they would run the companies in both nations.

Well, Lockheed Martin for instance has two factories. One in Palmdale California, where Skunk works, the place where things like the SR 71 were created, and Marrietta GA.
Now, are we thinking the nations would be broken into by counties of hy states or how?

Raytheon has at least two of its subsidiary companies in the NE. One of which is Pratt and Whitney. The jet engine maker.

From what I understand with Boeing though, they've been in sharp decline for decades, and don't really produce many components on their own anymore; they mostly just assemble components made in other countries. So they're not that significant of an asset these days.

Well duh, if the US breaks apart the individual pieces aren't going to maintain superpower status, regardless of if the MIC stays whole or not, and frankly I think it would be a net negative if it did make it through whole.

I would disagree, some chunks of the former US may remain strong regional powers, but I doubt any would preserve the force projection and industrial capabilities to remain a superpower.

We are a hegemonic power in name only and our entire military leadership, our IC and nearly all of our government takes orders from China.

Given how captured academia is, and how much the military is suffering from a lack of recruitment, maybe the Uniparty wants to make sure that their new brown shirts have some firearm training. It's notable that the bill authors, besides including 'other shooting sports' (let's go, three gun and crew-served weaponry competitions in schools! Artillery courses would, no joke, undoubtedly incentivize mathematics and physics learnin'...), also chose/had to include culinary arts because of the concern that some DoE bureaucrat would, in ban-the-gas-stoves style, also choose in the future to axe any support of cooking because of the 'dangerous tools' involved.
