It was sort of self-indulgent, but I like Ringo’s books. Even that series.

Yeah he is a good writer, but he does tend to use sex and gun porn a bit much.
I loved them as a teen, but consider them a bit much as an adult.

I still like to read his newer books, i just tend to put a cover over them in public

his "March to X" books were good. I liked them. Don't think I've read any of his other stuff though.

Yeah those are some of his best, he wrote them with David Weber though, which is why there is less girls and guns.
The rest of his novels are basically gun porn, with a bit of regular porn added in.
Good for long flights or a cold night with some booze.

His politics are a bit extreme though, very right wing and anti left.
(i'm right leaning myself, i just think he goes a bit far)

Just started reading this and I like it.
Except that you have a big issue in Brave New World 3.

You go from:

I would like to grab:
[ ] - Gym Hunting. It’s been a while since you were able to work with Arturia. Her Instinct might help you fake working as a team, but you’d rather not depend on that. Cost: 1 AP. Results: Find a place where you can spar with Arturia, or at least exercise together.

As soon as possible. And if we only find a place to exercise together, keep looking for a place to spar. It is time spent together. It would get us used to having a more limited skill set. And we need to be a team. It would be devastating to hurt Arturia or an innocent by not being prepared.

Personally I would rather grab this and only one of the job improvement tasks instead of both, but I have already lost that vote.

RL delay i think, SB people have been fairly firm that they won't be following.
A few have, a few already had accounts and the rest can't be bothered

It doesn't say good things about the continuation of the quest when S4S has been on SB all week, but hasn't been here since monday.
