Wow, fundamentally undermining the POTUS clemency powers, just to get a 'fuck you' against Trump.
Even I didn't think the Dems/Biden would be this stupid.
Let's remember this one for when one of theirs gets pardoned.
It's not legal trickery any more than convicting a guy on state charges after a federal pardon or vice versa. A pardon only covers the charges you were actually convicted on.

It very much undermines the spirit of a Presidential Pardon. There are sometimes good reasons to do an endrun around it, this very much does not look like one.

Well, she’s presumably running as a Republican. Maybe if she doesn’t get the nomination she could be Trump’s VP, assuming their ideologies align enough?

She wasn't the biggest Trump fan but has been stout on multiple republican beliefs.
Staunch pro life, and made one of the bills for South Carolina.
Heavy against Immigration, being the daughter of Indian immigrants.
She is a little more open on transgender things sadly.
During her time as the UN ambassador she was VERY critical of our adversaries.
In conclusion she could be establishment but we have to wait and see.
She has some things that the establishment want and some things they wouldn't. But she has been in politics awhile

Haley hasn't lost an election.
Eh, Haley's ok, but she is one of those who believed the lies about Trump and Charlottesville, as well as is a supporter of Mike Pence, and still blames Trump more than Pelosi for Jan 6th.
Policy-wise she's likely to be more center of the road than many on the Right want, but that might actually help her elect-ability.
There was a time I would have been all in for supporting her run; now, she just feels like a female Lindsey Graham.

Many of theirs were pardoned by Trump; presumably under the assumption that they'd owe him favors afterwards. Or at least, that's the only reason I can think of for why he helped out people who so clearly want him dead; and it's yet another example of his inability to understand his enemies.
He was operating under an old paradime that doesn't exist anymore. To be fair to him it was a political realinement where all of the rules change and even if he helped start the process its always a painful one.

Which of trumps opponents did he pardon? I'm not familiar with such cases off the top of my head, and it feels a very un-trump thing to do.
