I forget, how many times have the courts rules for and against Biden now?

Maybe it’s because my memory’s a bit foggy, but I don’t remember them ruling against Trump as much. Or if they did, it was primarily over “other issues” (such as immigration) — as well as various extrajudicial ways in which he was stymied.

All it's been is introduced, it has passed nothing at all. The risk is that subsequent bills will be the same thing but less so. However, this bill has received so much hate that it would take a year or two for something like this to slip through.
