I don't get exactly what this one is. At a quick glance, I would say someone had 'bought' Biden's debt to a HK national - that is, officially. In fact, it would be someone crossing out names on the contract, probably because the lender's name got hit with sanctions and/or is tainted enough that having entered in a contract with him is a big no, no. But still, the original contract would still have been filed, and the contract alteration would merely be an annex to the contract itself.
So, I am missing something here.

Ok so apparently Hunter is something of a ULTRACHAD with a 8'' dick going around plowing like there is no tomorrow, which wouldn't actually be that bad but, you see, he is also doing drugs and selling off contacts for his dad in exchange for that which is really bad move for a President's son.
There is also the issue where people are saying there are videos of him doing the dirty with underage girls. However so far there is no proof any of the women are underage. There are also rumours one of those women is actually a CCP woman and this was part of blackmail on Biden, again no real proof yet. All that we know is that GTV just did the ultimate October surprise and god damn this is a roller coaster of emotions.
